Exchanges

Exchanges of purchased goods can be made by notifying the buyer at the e-mail address kontakt@internetto.eu referring to the order number and indicating the items to be exchanged. Then, once the buyer has returned the agreed order item, he has the option of ordering the item of interest with the price difference.

Returns

Purchased goods may be returned as a result of the complaints procedure and in the case of purchases made away from the seller's premises and distance contracts (e.g. purchased over the telephone or the Internet), and when the parties have agreed to this.

If the goods are purchased via the Internet on the basis of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product, we have the right to return the goods without stating any reason within 14 days.

When sending the goods to the seller, a statement of withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase must be included.
